How long does delivery take?
Islamabad and Rawalpindi normally arrive within 1 to 2 working days. The rest of Pakistan takes 3 to 5 working days depending on the city.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available everywhere we deliver. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you, so no card or bank transfer is needed.
Do you sell complete class sets?
Yes. We keep full Federal Board sets for Classes 1 to 10. Order the set for your child’s class and we pack every book on the list together in one parcel.
Can I collect my order from the shop?
Yes. Choose collect in store at checkout and pick it up from Shehbaz Plaza, Shop #3, Aabpara Market, G-6/1. We are open Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Saturday to Sunday 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM.
What if a book is wrong or damaged?
Call us on +92 51 2270738 within 7 days and we will exchange it. Books must be unused and in resalable condition. If we sent the wrong edition, the return is on us.
